One to One Counselling

Integrative Counselling simply means that l do not focus on one style or philosophy of therapy; no one theory alone holds the answer and that all theories have value, and by integrating them to a person’s personality and needs I am able to tailor therapy to the client, not the client to the therapy.

My job is to create a comfortable space where you are able to explore how you are feeling, making sense of your world, as well as working side by side to help better understand yourself and others.

While l take my work with you very seriously, humour is a big part of who I am. I have always believed in the power of humour and the role it can play when used thoughtfully and appropriately in therapy where appropriate.
