What is integrative counselling?
Integrative Counselling simply means that we do not focus on one style or philosophy of therapy; we utilise many different styles depending on the specific issue. This enables a fluid ability to adapt to the needs of the teens and adults counselled. Whether it is helping with difficult or traumatic issues, or just helping to navigate this ever-changing world.
